Pictures You Send
The images you send to Mobot are processed by our system to identify the product, service, or content you are interested in by identifying the advertisement or other marketing visual you see. This is the sole purpose of these images. Mobot does not save or archive these images for any other purpose. Mobot does not provide online photo album or photo blog services. As such, it is inappropriate to send personal images to Mobot.

How We Use This Information to Serve You
When you first register with Mobot, we ask for your information. Once you supply this information, you will be able to use the Mobot mobile service to access offers and promotions which are provided by our affiliates, and these offers and promotions may be personalized to you and your interests. All content sent to you via SMS text messages and email will come directly from Mobot, and only in response to a specific request by you through the Mobot mobile service. One request yields one response (delivered as both SMS and email). You will not receive unsolicited SMS text messages or email from us,or from our affiliates (unless you provided your information to one or more of our affiliates through other means). Email which you receive from Mobot will often contain links to product information or brand promotions. These links lead to Mobot affiliate websites, over which Mobot does not have control.

To send free samples and other free promotional materials offered by our affiliates, we require your postal address. We provide this postal address to our affiliates only when needed to fulfill the delivery of a specific item which may have been given to you or you have won in a contest or sweepstakes. In this case, you may receive additional postal mail or email from the brand which provided the free item. You will not receive postal mail or email from any of our affiliates under any other circumstances (unless you provided your address to one or more of our affiliates through other means).

We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone else. All information on current users is retained in our database for customer service.
Through mobot.com we occasionally offer sweepstakes, contests or surveys to help us better serve you. If you choose to participate in these optional services, you may choose to receive special promotional offers via SMS text message, email, and/or postal mail. When you use Mobot mobile services, our server automatically collects certain information that is not personally identifiable, such as magazine read, advertisement viewed, or links followed. We collect and use this information, in the aggregate only, to diagnose problems with our server, to improve our service, and to provide content of interest to you. We may also give affiliates access to aggregate data about our users and their use of the Mobot mobile service. The information we share will not include personal information, but may include general information (such as the number of Mobot users who selected a particular advertisement for example)

Children's information
Children should not submit any personal information without the permission of their parents or guardians. Mobot encourages all parents or guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their personal information while using the Internet. Mobot will not allow children under the age of thirteen (13) to register as a Mobot user or use the web site. In some cases, promotions will only be available to those 21 and over, or 18 and over, to comply with local and national laws, and common practice.
